School Give‑Back Program

Support your school with every purchase! For every ink or toner cartridge bought using your school’s special code, we’ll donate $1 back to that school — issued as a check payable directly to the school each quarter.

How It Works

  1. Schools sign up for the program and receive a unique referral code.
  2. Parents and supporters enter the code at checkout when buying cartridges.
  3. We track every qualifying purchase and credit $1 per cartridge to the school’s account.
  4. At the end of each quarter, we mail a check payable to the school’s official name on file.

Payout Schedule

Checks are issued quarterly based on the following schedule:

Q1 Jan 1 – Mar 31 April 30
Q2 Apr 1 – Jun 30 July 31
Q3 Jul 1 – Sep 30 October 31
Q4 Oct 1 – Dec 31 January 31

Checks are mailed to the school’s designated mailing address on file. Please ensure your address is up to date to avoid delays.
