Net 30 Payment Terms

Net 30 payment terms are available exclusively to approved local business customers. Approved Net 30 account holders agree to remit full payment within thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice date.

Late payments will incur a service charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually) on the outstanding balance, beginning the day after the due date. Accounts more than 45 days past due may be suspended until payment is received in full.

Failure to pay within the agreed terms may result in the permanent revocation of Net 30 privileges and referral to a collections agency. All invoices must be paid in U.S. dollars via approved payment methods.

School Give‑Back Program Terms

• Eligibility: Only verified K–12 schools, districts, colleges, universities, and approved educational programs may participate.
• Enrollment: Schools must complete the sign‑up process and receive a unique referral code before earnings can be tracked.
• Earnings: $1 will be credited to the school’s account for each qualifying ink or toner cartridge purchased using the school’s code.
• Qualifying Purchases: Orders must be placed through our online store and paid in full. Returns or cancellations will result in reversal of credits.
• Payouts: Credits are calculated quarterly and issued as a check payable to the school’s official name on file. Checks are mailed to the school’s designated mailing address within 30 days after the close of each quarter. No cash payouts to individuals will be made.
• Code Usage: Referral codes must be shared only with the school’s community. Public posting on coupon or deal websites is prohibited.
• Program Changes: Ink Now 4 Less reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time, with notice provided to participating schools.
